Construction work on Luitpoldstrasse

Dear guests,

our Luitpoldstraße is finally being completely renovated and redesigned.

Unfortunately, this is associated with certain restrictions (possible construction noise during the day, etc.).

As a fair host, we already tell you at this point
the key data of the project of the city of Nuremberg with:

• Type of construction project: complete renewal of the road surface, new trees and beds, racks for bicycles and benches
  
• general start of construction: April 2022 (postponed to mid-June 2022)
• Planned end of construction: April 2023 (postponed to summer 2023) (postponed again to November 2023)
• Regular operation: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (sometimes until 6:00 p.m.) Monday to Friday (in exceptional cases also on Saturdays)
  
• direct access (loading and unloading, max. 3 minutes) is still (theoretically) possible (during the daytime construction work, access will only be granted in justified cases) - we expressly recommend that those arriving by car first park in the parking garage at Sterntor (only a few hundred meters away).
